With slow simmered broth at their core, each spoonful is pre-seasoned and ready for mixing. 1 teaspoon mixed with a cup of water will yield a delicious cup of broth. Maraqah can also be stirred directly into soups, stews, sauces, gravies, and marinades to intensify flavors.

I bought the 3 pack as I use stock in most dishes I cook. Maraqah is above and beyond anyt hi img I have used before. The flavours are intense and work beautifully with everything, it’s super easy to use and adjust for quantities needed and best if all it’s not full of rubbish. The flavour really does is for itself. I can’t go back to standard mass produced cubes that are just salty with no other actual flavour.
I tried it with molokheya and rice. The flavors were so delicious and fresh. Will definitely keep using it and experimenting with other dishes.
No stock clumps in my rice either!
So easy to use, dissolves so quickly, and tastes amazing. Smells like my mom's home-made gravy.
